Fragrant Perennials

Generally, not many flowering plants have fragrant flowers. Those that do, should be planted where they can be enjoyed the most (unless you'll use them as cut flowers). Fragrance can be in a range of very light or stronger, usually changing with time or even due to the time of day, but it definitely helps to form the full dimensional garden. Don't forget, some perennials have aromatic - scented leaves or stems too!
