Dwarf rock garden skulcap.

Round fuzzy leaves, tiny lavender-purple flowers.

Blooming time : mid to late spring, with some reblooming in the fall
Size : 4-5” tall x 12" wide, slowly spreads wide (reaching 12" in 3 years)
USDA zones : 6/7 to 8, potentially hardy to zone 5 (with snow cover)
Culture : full sun, half shade, light shade, average soils and drained soils - gravelly, rocky, sandy soils. Adaptable plant, but drainage is beneficial!
Moisture Needs : medium, medium-dry, medium-moist, soil
Origin : East and Southeast Asia (China, Japan, Korea, India, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam), where can be found on hillsides, open woodlands, grasslands, open rocky areas, and roadsides up to 4900 ft (1500 meters), on moist but drained soils (but adapts to drier conditions too).
