Blooming Time: June to July, can be cut back to support blooming
Size: 20" tall x 12" wide, slowly spreading into wider clumps

Culture: full sun, half sun, average to well drained soils. Grows well in sandy, well draining and drier clay, gravelly, neutral to slightly acidic or shallow rocky soils. Too rich and moist soil (or combination of both) may shorten it's life
Moisture Needs: dry, medium-dry, medium. Drought tolerant.

Good with Agastache, Amsonia, summer blooming Allium, Asclepias tuberosa, Aster, Baptisia, Calamintha, Coreopsis, Eryngium, Gaura, Knautia, Liatris, Monarda bradburiana, Monarda, Nepeta, Oenothera, Penstemons, Platycodon (taller ones), Rudbeckia, Salvia nemorosa hybrids, tall Sedum, Solidago, Stachys, Vernonia lettermannii, Veronica spicata and Veronica incana, Yucca, and grasses like Bouteloa, Eragrostis, Muhlenbergia, Sporobolus, Schizachyrium scoparium, Sorghastrum or Panicum.
It's recommended to divide the plant from time to time to encourage the vigor.
