Not all introduced species are necessarily bad or invasive! Some are very valuable for garden design (ground covers, long flowering period, unusual structure) or they can be great for pollinators. We avoid the invasive species or perennials with potential invasive behavior that could negatively impact natural areas. The USA has an huge number of climates and micro-climates, some plants can still become invasive, especially with the future of changing climate. We advise to be conscientious of plant behavior in your area and please be sure to check the invasive plant list in your state.
