Mix of rosy-purple, copper-purple flowers (up to 1" in diameter), basal rosettes of leaves, upright stems.
Leave some seedpods for self seeding.

Size: 2-3' tall x 1.5' wide
USDA Zones: 5 to 8
Culture: full sun, average soil, not too fertile, leaner soils, sandy soils, rocky and gravelly soils. Probably better performing in somewhat cooler areas (not suitable for deep south)
Moisture Needs: average (medium) to dry, drought tolerant
Origin: hybrid of European species of mullein
Deer/Rabbit Resistant: yes/ yes
Attracts Butterflies or Pollinators: honeybees, potentially other bees
Attracts Hummingbirds: no
