Mid to late summer blooming perennial sunflower, well behaved (forms wide clumps).
Double to full flower don't offer much pollen and nectar for pollinators, but it is still valuable host plant for many insects.
Sunny and aired location are the best.

Culture: full sun, average soil with some organic matter, clay, loam
Moisture Needs: average (medium) to moist, established plants are quite drought tolerant
Origin: discovered as a sport of Helianthus 'Capenoch Star' by North Creek Nursery’s General Manager Tim McGinty in 2006
Deer/Rabbit Resistant: yes/ yes (but young shoots can be browsed by the deer)
Attracts Butterflies or Pollinators: double/full flowers don't offer much to pollinators, but the foliage can host many native insects
Attracts Hummingbirds: no/ small birds
