Medium-sized COMPACT pineapple lily, more suitable for average, smaller gardens and a container thriller!
Exotic and unusual, bulbous perennial from South Africa.
Deep burgundy leaves emerge very late - usually in very late spring/early summer (rich color tends to fade out in summer).
Cream flower in late summer age to deep rosy purple.
Flowers open blush pink and darken to a deep mauve, lasting for many weeks.
One of the hardiest selection - hardy to zone 6.
