Very tall fall-blooming daisy. Upright bushy growth, 2-3" flowers in diameter, great cut flower.

Not suitable for the deep South.

Size: usually 5' tall x 2' wide (in ideal conditions up to 6', in more less fitting conditions around 3' tall)

Plant Combinations: Best in sunny flower beds in the background of the bed, cottage gardens, moon garden, cut flower garden, butterfly garden. Meets in bloom with fall Asters, Anemone hupehensis (Japanese Anemones), Solidago (Goldenrods), Vernonia (ironweed), some perennials sunflowers (Helianthus) and looks great with tall grasses.
Other good companions are majority of commonly available perennials (but they won't meet in bloom) like Agastache, Amsonia, Aster, Coreopsis, Echinacea, Euphorbia, hardy Geranium, Hemerocallis, shorter Helianthus, Iris, Kalimeris, Monarda, Nepeta, Origanum, Paeonia, Penstemon digitalis, Perovskia, Phlox, Physostegia, Rudbeckia, Salvia, Sedum, Solidago, Stachys, Stokesia, Tradescantia, Veronica, etc. and ornamental grasses.
Excellent cut flower.
