This Japanese primrose offers amazing late spring show - first off, this is not that tiny plant, and nice fresh green leaves contrast nicely with soft pink flowers that are arranged in clusters (candelabres).

Size: up to 24" tall x 12-15" wide

Culture: half shade, dappled shade, shade, and ideally consistent moisture in soil. Tolerant of heat and humidity (these primulas actually do well in Indiana!). half shade. Average soil with some organic matter, loam, organic rich soils (that doesn't tend to dry out easily), clay, moist, wet or saturated soil, boggy up to shallow standing water.
Moisture Needs: average (in heavier soils) to moderately moist to moist/wet
