Short-lived perennial or biennial. Value by ones for it's fuzzy silver leaves, and for larger white flowers by others. 

Deadheading prolongs it's life. Persist by self seeding (it's good to intentionally sprinkle the seeds too).

Drought tolerant, but dislikes humid summers south of zone 7a.
