Culture: sun, grows well in average to dry soils, if they are drained (amended with gravel, sand, etc). Medium, medium-dry to dry soil. Adaptable to pH, but soils should be drained and somewhat leaner. IAvoid waterlogged, rich and fertile soils! Drought, heat and humidity.

Or combine with small rock garden plants like : other Sedum, Sempervivum (hens and chickens), or Anacyclus, Arabis, Artemisia schmidtiana, low growing Campanula, Dianthus, Erigeron pulchellus, smaller Euphorbia, Gentiana acaulis and similar, Gypsophila repens, miniature or dwarf bearded (MBD, Iris x barbata), Lewisia, Lithodora, smaller Potentilla.
