Blue-eyed Grass 'Lucerne' is a gorgeous variety of native wildflower (central and eastern USA).
This one forms rather stiff upright clumps to 12 inches and has quite large up to 1 1/2", sky blue flowers with a deeper blue-purple throat and yellow eyes, the petals from the outside are light blue.
It is a late spring and early summer bloomer for full sun or light shade, average soil with moderate moisture (that doesn't dry out much). Clumps can eventually spread to a foot or so around.
For cottage gardens, edges of woodland gardens, wild gardens, border fronts and rock gardens. Also effective as an edger for paths or walkways.
Should be still quite attractive to native bees.
Pot Size : square 3.5" x 4" deep perennial pot

Nice healthy plants!
Great price!! The four 3 1/2" pots arrived quickly and wrapped very carefully. They look extremely healthy. And there was a surprise--a "bonus" plant (an Amsonia which also blooms blue)! I will definitely shop here again.
