Allium 'Medusa' is a beautiful ornamental onion cultivar that features light amethyst colored globes, with narrow, twisty leaves and buds that resemble snake heads before the bulbs emerge.
A great, pest resistant, and pollinator friendly addition to any garden!
Blooming Time: Late summer to early fall
Size: 20"- 24" tall and 24" wide

Culture: Full sun or partial shade, grows in poor, average or fertile soil.
Moisture Needs: dry to medium moisture.
Origin: hybrid of European species (not native to North America)

Attracts Hummingbirds: possibly
Pot Size: square 3.5" x 4" deep perennial pot
Combinations: Looks great in smaller groups, as well as single clumps when they repeat in the flower bed. Can be used as ground cover, even when it's not fast grower.
