Wonderful non-stop flowering perennial!

This plant was breakthrough in Geraniums and it won numerous awards -  the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit in 2006 (UK), the Perennial Plant Association Perennial Plant of the Year in 2008 (USA), the Royal Horticultural Society’s Plant of the Decade for 1993-2002 (UK), and the Plant of the Centenary at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2013 (UK). It is simply awesome perennial!

2 1/2 in. wide blue flowers with white eye. 20" tall x 24" wide, low and wide mounds - leave enough room for this plant,

Flowers from early June till frosts. If summer heat stops the flowering, they will rejuvenate and rebloom later in summer. The clumps are covering the grounds and can be on sides to regulate the width.

The best in good garden soil, medium moist and enriched with some compost or organic material.

Excellent for borders, cottage gardens, pollinator gardens, containers. Can be planted in masses, small groups, as groundcovering perennial or as single plant.

You can combine it with any border perennial, annuals, grasses and well behaved native wildflowers in full sun to partial shade, which makes it awesome universal plant.

Stunning plant combinations can be reached with yellow flowers, sulphur yellow, chartreuse tones, yellow-leaved plants, but also silver, purple, red or deeper blues are nice. Goes well and looks very good with daylilies (Hemerocallis) and in half shade with Hosta or Heuchera.
